Hello and welcome to my website,
I’m Christoph Petry, a graduate psychologist, certified consultant for systemic organizational development, with over 20 years of experience in complex transformation processes.
Are you facing a change that's more than a straightforward project?
Are you looking for someone who thinks along with you, speaks clearly, and doesn’t hide behind concepts? Then I’d be glad to talk.
"Lasting change works when it is understood and owned — not just decided."
From corporate to consulting
Most of my professional experience was not built as an external consultant, but from within organizations.
At Air Liquide, I spent more than ten years leading transformation projects at European and global level, including reorganizations, cultural change initiatives, and post-merger integrations.
I know the internal dynamics, the resistance, and those pivotal moments when change either takes hold or falls apart
Before that, I held senior HR and organizational development roles at Bilfinger Berger and Vossloh.
Today, I bring this experience to my work with mid-sized companies, with one key difference: I now support from the outside, helping you see clearly what is really holding your organization back.
What sets me apart
For years, I have worked at the intersection of German and French organizations, both linguistically and culturally. I speak German, French, English, and Spanish fluently.
But language is not the main issue. What often causes friction is:
- different decision-making logics
- different expectations around consensus
- different views on trust and commitment
In my consulting practice, that knowledge isn't an add-on. It's central to everything I do.
How I work
I never start with solutions. I start by listening.
I work in a co-construction mode: you know your organization,
I bring method, an external perspective, and the willingness to ask uncomfortable questions.
Together, we develop solutions that not only work, but that your team truly supports.
If this resonates...
...you're facing a change that goes beyond a standard project. You want someone who thinks with you, speaks directly, and doesn't take refuge in concepts
Then let’s talk.
